Not at all! Thanks to our hot-cut border, we can create patches in any shape you desire. Standard shapes for embroidered patches usually have a merrowed border. Regardless of the shape, we can transform it into a patch.
Yes, we can. However, please note that the level of detail we can incorporate into your patch is dependent on its size. Larger patches allow for more detail.
We can manufacture patches up to 15 inches in width or height.
Our embroidered patches are made from a blend of poly-cotton twill fabric with 100% rayon threads. For PVC patches, we use PVC vinyl.
the tape backing is a peel-and-stick backing suitable for temporary applications, such as trade shows or weekend events. We suggest a hot-cut border for patches with tape backing. However, for long-term use, we do not recommend tape backing
